Winnie Chu – Graduate Building Surveyor

Location: Guildford

Winnie joined Perega in September 2025, bringing with her a strong academic foundation and early professional experience. She graduated from the University of Reading in 2024 with a first class honours degree in building surveying.

During her previous role, Winnie was involved in a number of refurbishment projects within the education sector. Contributing to works such as roof replacements, WC upgrades, playground resurfacing and fire compartmentation.

At Perega, Winnie focuses on building surveying, project management, and contract administration. Her strengths include specification writing and client communication. She is particularly interested in party wall surveying, dilapidation claims, and insurance‑related projects.
