Steve Simmonds – Senior Building Surveyor

Steve joined Perega in February of 2023, and is a building surveyor with 18 years of experience. Graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a first class honours degree in building surveying in 2010, Steve has built up a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Steve is skilled in building pathology, party wall surveying and dilapidation surveys including cost estimate production, he is also adept in project management and contract administration.
