Steve is a chartered engineer and has worked for Perega for 35 years, delivering complex remodelling, extension and new-build projects, within live sites across the healthcare, retirement living, residential, education and commercial sectors.

He has extensive experience of working on projects where a degree of off-site manufacture is involved and has delivered schemes using modular, SIPS, timber and light gauge steel structural systems, often integrated with more traditional elements.

Steve particularly enjoys building long-term client relationships and working with project teams to develop strategies for development and re-development of sites, contributing his experience to help achieve client objectives.
