Stephen Sayer – Senior BIM Technician

Stephen joined Perega in early 2026, bringing over 10 years experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a technician whilst completing a HNC in Civil Engineering, and is a technician member of ICE.
He has worked predominantly on high- and low-rise residential projects, as well as education and leisure schemes, with additional experience in healthcare and commercial sectors.
Stephen’s key skills include Revit and AutoCAD, supporting the delivery of clear and efficient design solutions.
