Sruthy James – Graduate Façade Engineer

Sruthy joined Perega at the beginning of 2024, after obtaining her master’s degree in international construction management from the University of Leeds.

Prior to this, Sruthy’s career began in the façade arena in India, where she spent three years advancing from a trainee to a junior designer. She subsequently spent five years on aluminium and glass projects in Dubai, where she gained invaluable insights into cutting-edge infrastructure technologies.

Sruthy’s project work at Perega has mainly focussed on commercial buildings. She has a passion for façade construction due to the versatility of materials, particularly glass, where minimalistic designs can often provide greater performance.
