Sam has 16 years’ experience, working on new build, renovation and surveying projects across many sectors. He is knowledgeable in traditional construction techniques as well as modern methods of construction and the preservation, restoration and re-modelling of heritage properties including listed buildings.

Sam is always looking for innovative solutions and is well versed in negotiating with statutory authorities to deliver client aspirations. He has assisted many healthcare clients in the assessment and maintenance of their building assets, developing design recommendations for inspection, maintenance and management of structures.

His recent notable projects include the Adidas Flagship store in Oxford Street and the redevelopment of Luton & Dunstable Hospital.
