Rick Mallett – Associate

Rick is a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers and has more than 30 years’ experience in structural and civil engineering projects involving a broad range of new build and refurbishment works.

He works alongside clients to strengthen their in-house technical expertise for, investigations, reporting, specification and remedial works procedures, especially for those involving aged reinforced concrete structures.

Rick’s many high-profile projects include Southwark underground station for the Jubilee Line extension and the refurbishment of the NCP in Brewer Street, London, which received a special commendation in the British Parking Association Awards. He also led a team that designed the buildings, infrastructure and off-site highway works for The Quarry, Guildford, an award-winning luxury housing development set within the challenging confines of a disused chalk quarry.
