Paula Kulczyk – Graduate Structural Engineer

Paula joined Perega’s Leytonstone office in 2023, bringing with her a year’s post-grad experience from another consultancy.

Prior to this, she attended the University of Bradford where she completed her bachelor’s degree in civil and structural engineering, with a year in industry. Paula then went on to obtain a master’s degree in general structural engineering at Imperial College, London.

Since joining Perega, Paula has been an integral part of our Net Zero Carbon Group, researching low carbon structural solutions and presenting to clients on methods of reducing carbon in projects. She is also part of our CPD group, liaising with external training providers to organise informative learning sessions for her fellow employees across Perega’s offices.

Paula’s work at Perega has mainly focused around the healthcare and residential sectors for a range of new build and refurbishment projects, as well as cladding appraisal reports for high-rise residential towers.
