Paul has 35 years of experience in all aspects of civil and structural engineering, from new build to the sympathetic refurbishment of listed buildings, throughout a range of sectors. His projects include the redevelopment of Farnham town centre, Tooting Police Station and Undershaw, the former home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

Paul is a skilled expert witness and is responsible for technical excellence and new product innovation at Perega. He is the inventor of Smartplate, a patented adjustable steel to concrete connection system.
