Nick Simmonds – Associate Building Surveyor

Location: Guildford

Nick is a Chartered Building Surveyor with a diverse range of experience working with local Government, social housing, developer and high-net-worth clients. With an established building surveying team in the North, Nick has joined our Guildford office to help grow and expand this service offering south of the country.

Prior to joining Perega in October 2024, Nick has gained exposure to a broad range of project work such as new-build developments on brownfield land, fire safety upgrades to blocks of flats and the demolition of large commercial buildings. His knowledge and skills include, but are not limited to, contract administration, feasibility studies, submission of planning and Building Control applications, party wall surveying and dilapidations claims. Nick can also provide expert witness services.

Nick’s focus is on producing work to an exceptionally high standard and delivering excellent customer service.
