Mark Shuttleworth – Principal Structural Engineer

Mark is an experienced structural engineer who rejoined Perega in 2025, having joined the team originally in 2019. He holds a first-class master’s degree in architectural and structural engineering from the University of Leeds.

His experience spans predominantly residential and healthcare projects, with a strong focus on delivering structural design from concept through to detailed stages. While Mark has exposure to refurbishment and reuse projects, temporary works, remedial design and structural investigations, his core strengths lie in leading project delivery and providing practical, hands-on engineering solutions.
