Kenneth Chung – Structural Engineer

Location: Guildford

Kenneth joined Perega in April 2026, bringing experience from both Hong Kong and the UK across a range of structural projects, including large-scale developments, steel structures and refurbishment work.

He holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from The University of Hong Kong and is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers.

Kenneth has experience in RAAC investigations and assessments within the healthcare and education sectors, carrying out structural surveys, site inspections and technical reporting. He also has experience delivering residential refurbishment and commercial projects, with a strong interest in adaptive reuse, defect investigation, and condition appraisal.
