Donna Tobitt – CAD Technician

Donna joined Perega in September 1996 as a school leaver, taking the role of practice office junior. She progressed to office secretary and then, wanting to expand her career into drawing and design, she attended Leeds College of Building, on day release, to study for a BTEC in Civil Engineering. She continued from there by gaining a HND in Civil Engineering Studies then proceeded on to Leeds Metropolitan University, earning a BSc with first class honours in Civil Engineering in 2009.

The combination of on-the-job training and academic study has given Donna a wide variety of experience, meaning her skills expand well beyond the drawing office, undertaking structural surveys and monitoring.
