Damian Cliff – Technical Director

Damian joined Perega in 2000 and has more than 36 years’ experience in structural engineering.
He has extensive experience in reporting on, and remediation of, structural failures resulting from subsidence, fire, flood, storm and explosion damage. He frequently assists in resolving insurance claim disputes and providing expert reports for legal proceedings.
Damian’s commercial experience spans a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects for clients including Apple, Arcadia Group, Debenhams, TK Maxx, Starbucks, HomeSense and Yorkshire Water. Notable projects include the structural design of a flagship multi-dealership car showroom for Hartwell, new drainage infrastructure for Coca-Cola Enterprises’ plant and the Topshop store at Trinity Leeds shopping centre.
