Christopher Ramsden – Associate

Chris has worked at Perega for 15 years and has a diverse range of design experience in various sectors, including healthcare, retirement living, residential, retail, repurposing of heritage buildings and insurance work.

Chris was recently promoted to Associate, a role that sees him providing technical support and mentoring to staff, as well as becoming the primary point of contact with clients, other consultants and colleagues, ensuring briefs are agreed and adhered to. He is also responsible for the implementation of business goals and strategy in support of the directors.

He is well-versed in project management of insurance reinstatement contracts, and has experience of investigating structural problems in relation to fire damage, flooding, foundation movement and impact damage. Chris has been vital in our ongoing restoration work at Salt’s Mill, running various projects; most recently enabling the relocation of The Peace Museum to the third floor of one of the mill buildings.
