Scope of the Management System

Perega’s services include structural engineering, civil engineering and glass engineering design. We also offer building surveying services, advice on health and safety, and expert witness services.

Perega refers to an organisation comprising Perega Limited. The company is owned by a holding company known as Perega Holdings Ltd. (PHL). PHL does not trade but simply owns the assets of the trading company.

Accordingly, the term Director refers to a Director of the Limited companies.

In 2019 Perega became an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) and Whilst the Board of Directors are responsible for setting the strategy for and running Perega, the EOT, via the Board Trustees, are responsible as the majority shareholder for having oversight and scrutinising the actions of the Board of Directors.

Perega has established, documented, and implemented a Management System (MS) which is maintained to encourage continual improvement and to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide a service that meets client, environmental and applicable regulatory and ISO standard requirements.

All interested parties are defined and monitored to ensure that their needs and expectations are understood and where necessary accounted for.

The Management System including all processes, procedures, policies, and guidance notes apply to all Perega staff and includes all services provided by the Organisation. Should Perega be required to outsource any process that may affect the service provided by Perega. This is further defined in the Supplier and Subcontractor process.

Continuous improvement is made possible by engaging in lessons learnt exercises, conducting internal audits, and regularly assessing BIM and Information Management, quality, and environmental processes.
