Perega secure double listing on Anchor framework

Perega has recently secured the top spot on a new consultancy framework for Anchor. We are thrilled to have been appointed to both the North and South lots which will help realise Anchor’s ambitious plans to deliver 5,700 new homes over the next ten years.

Marking a significant achievement for the company and proof of the strong, long-lasting relationships we establish with our clients, this appointment perfectly positions us to support the renowned retirement village developer with structural and civil engineering consultancy.

Working with Anchor since 2014, our engineers have provided advice and assistance on several developments, including Hurst Place, a £12m retirement village near the centre of Haywards Heath, Sussex and Kings Hill in West Malling, Kent. Our team is currently working on Woodford Garden in Stockport and Newnton Close, North London, amongst others.

Commenting on the appointment, Director, Steve McSorley says, “Winning a spot on both the lots we applied for, and in pole position, is testament to the amazing work carried out by our talented engineers over the years. Care facility development is a highly-specialised process and each site we’ve worked on for Anchor has presented a unique set of challenges to overcome. However, these experiences have helped the team grow their knowledge and experience to make us a go-to consultant for this type of project.

“It’s been great to work with Anchor, we’ve formed a collaborative, upfront and solutions-based partnership, which we look forward to fostering further during the course of their new framework.”

Steve Hogben, Director of Technical & Commercial at Anchor concludes,

“Anchor are very happy that Perega were successful in securing a place on the Anchor Consultants Framework for Civil and Structural Engineering Lots for both north and south and continuing our relationship with them on our development projects for the next four years”
