Thomasons wins place on Southern Housing Group’s development framework

Thomasons has been awarded a place on the new development framework of Southern Housing Group, one the largest housing associations in the South East of England, following a successful tender.

Under the four-year contract, Thomasons will provide Southern Housing Group with structural and civil engineering services to support the delivery of affordable and quality homes across London and the South East.

Southern Housing Group was established in 1901 and has grown to become one of the largest housing associations in the South East of England. The Group manages more than 27,000 homes and works with more than 40 local authorities, providing homes to over 72,000 customers. The Group offers a range of housing options for rent and sale, and undertakes a wide range of activities to improve the lives of its customers.
