The RIBA awards celebrate the best architecture in the UK and around the world. Successful projects are awarded for innovation, commitment to design and the improvement and enhancement of people’s lives.

Royal Road provides 96 affordable homes for Southwark residents. The four cores of the building are arranged in the shape of a cross, allowing the footprint to step around existing mature trees. Renewable energy features resulted in achieving the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
