Please note: these rates will increase by 50% for Saturdays and 100% for Sunday, Bank Holiday and night working. For litigation advice, they will be increased by 25% from the time the court hearing commences.

Payment Terms
Our payment terms vary depending on the agreed payment arrangement in our fee document. Please refer to your fee document for the payment terms.
Please note – any disbursements such as a payment of contract and subcontractors and statutory fees will be subject to a 10% charge.
Please be aware that our services are outside the VAT domestic reverse charge legislation (applicable from 1st March 2021) and remain subject to VAT.
