Perega unites London teams at new central hub

Our London presence has entered its next chapter with the opening of our new central London office at 91-94 Lower Marsh, London SE1 7AB, bringing our Waterloo and Leytonstone teams together in one location.

The new office has a modern, open-plan design, featuring versatile meeting rooms and collaborative breakout spaces and is situated just a short walk from Waterloo Station.

Operating across healthcare, education, retail and residential sectors, the merge will enable our London team to work more closely across disciplines, facilitating the sharing of expertise more effectively and delivering an even better service to our clients. Supporting this transition, Technical Director Mark Goddard and Operations Director Ewa Ambrosius, remain a key part of the senior management team, ensuring continuity for both our clients and colleagues.

London’s construction output is forecast to grow by approximately 10% in 2026. Healthcare construction starts grew 29% year-on-year in 2025 and clients are navigating tighter timelines and shifting demands. Bringing our London operations together at Lower Marsh is a direct response to that need.

The former Leytonstone team holds long-term partnerships with Barts Health NHS Trust and Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust and places on three major London procurement frameworks: the QTS framework (Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust), the London Construction Programme DPS and the London Procurement Partnership DPS.

Our Managing Director, Fraser Robb, said: “The London construction market remains busy and continues to maintain a steady level of activity. Clients are under real pressure to move projects forward and they need engineers who know the city, know the sectors and can work together collaboratively. Having our London teams in one place makes us more efficient. It means faster decisions, improved communication and a more joined-up service for the people we work with. We have been growing steadily in London for a few years now and this is the right time to consolidate the teams, bringing varying skillsets together to take the team from strength to strength.”

Operations Director, Ewa Ambrosius, said: “Bringing our two London teams together in one office is an exciting milestone. It creates a more collaborative environment and gives us a fantastic base from which to strengthen relationships with clients and pursue new opportunities across the capital. We’re also looking forward to becoming part of such a vibrant area and discovering the hidden gems Lambeth has to offer after work.”
