Perega prepared for the impact of Covid-19
We want to reassure our clients that Perega has been taking steps to prepare for the impact of the Covid-19 virus in the UK.
The wellbeing of our people and clients is of upmost importance to us. We have ensured there are plans in place to help protect everyone, while continuing to provide you with the high level of service you have come to expect.
In light of the recent update from the government, we have stopped all non-essential travel and wherever possible encourage employees, clients and contractors to hold video conferences or conference calls in place of face to face meetings. We are happy to facilitate this through Skype for Business, Teams or any other media that suits. We will continue to undertake site inspections and attend key meetings where required, in consultation with our clients and with risk mitigating measures in place for all those concerned.
With current government guidance in mind, we are still maintaining a presence in all our offices but with all high-risk staff working from home and self-isolation measures in place, where required. With over 80 staff spread over 5 offices, we have a built-in resilience should one or more offices be adversely affected. Our business continuity measures also include the capability for remote working, in a way that minimises risk to our cyber security and has been tried and tested rigorously in the last few weeks. These factors and advance preparation mean we are well placed to resource all our projects as the situation develops.
We will continue to provide the high level of service we pride ourselves on during this difficult time, ensuring that any impact is kept to a minimum and that we continue to deliver your projects to the standard and within the timeframes you expect.
As our plans change in this evolving situation, we will keep you updated with further communications. By working together, we are confident we can all overcome this challenging situation.
Our thoughts are with those already affected and we wish everybody the best in the coming months.
