Perega Pounds the Pavement for Prostate Cancer UK
A small team from Perega’s Guildford office have been busy pounding their local streets, parks and outdoor spaces to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK’s March the Month. This means walking an average of 11,000 steps a day each, throughout the whole of March.
With the first 10 days complete, the team have already completed over 1 million steps between them, taking on all the delights the Great British weather has to offer!
Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the UK, killing one man every 45 minutes. It’s killing dads, partners, sons, brothers, grandads, uncles and mates. But it doesn’t have to be that way. We’re raising money to help fund lifesaving research for men and their families affected by prostate cancer.
The Perega Pavement Pounders team is made up of:
Stuart Neal, Associate
Monika Rogers, Senior Engineer
Corina-Elena Robea, Senior Engineer
Hendrik Theron, Senior Engineer
Kevin Lang, CAD Technician
Emma Read, Marketing Communications Manager
Rachel Davis, Business Development & Marketing Director
James Connolly, Graduate Engineer
