Perega strengthens southern presence with key building surveying appointment

We are delighted to introduce Nick Simmonds, who was recently appointed as our new Associate Building Surveyor.

With a firmly established building surveying offering in the North, this strategic hire signals Perega’s continuing service expansion across the UK, setting up a dedicated building surveying presence in the South of England.

Nick brings over a decade of experience to the business, having previously worked within a family-run engineering consultancy. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of surveying services, including: building pathology and defect diagnosis, design and specification, contract administration, neighbourly matters and landlord and tenant matters.

Commenting on his appointment, Nick says, “I’m delighted to have joined Perega at this exciting time and to lead the development of our building surveying services in the South. The surge in enquiries that we’ve already seen indicates a strong demand for Perega’s expertise in this region, and I’m eager to build a robust and diverse team to meet those needs.”
