Managing Director Fraser Robb becomes an ICE Fellow

Perega is proud to announce MD Fraser Robb has been awarded Fellowship by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). With over 30 years’ experience, his acceptance as a fellow of the ICE reflects the respect with which he is held within the association and his substantial contribution to the industry. It’s also a clear endorsement of his extensive knowledge, skills and experience, which has seen him rise to the top of the practice.

Fellowship is the highest grade of ICE membership and as a hallmark of professional excellence, it acknowledges the significant contribution senior engineers have made to the profession and society at large.

It also celebrates those professionals who consistently demonstrate a clear understanding of their responsibility for promoting, planning, designing, constructing, maintaining, or managing vital engineering work.

As part of the rigorous application process, Fraser successfully demonstrated his capacity to manage a big portfolio of projects, as well as showcasing the right aptitude to effectively manage the organisation in its quest to achieve corporate objectives. All of which, supported Fraser in successfully presenting his case to members of the Fellowship Panel.

This recognition follows an illustrious career in engineering. Fraser has devoted more than 30 years to the civils sector and has been with Perega for 26 of those, rising through the ranks to his appointment as Managing Director in 2018.

Reflecting on the accomplishment, Fraser says, “I’m extremely honoured to receive the ICE fellowship, joining the ranks of some of the world’s most talented civil engineers. I’ve been passionate about supporting and promoting the profession since graduating from university, advocating its important social role and value. To ultimately achieve this status fills me with immense pride.

 “The Fellowship will place me on a higher standing to fulfil my duties within the Institution, giving back to the membership whilst also supporting the positive drive across the wider civil engineering industry.”
