Continuing framework success for Perega

Perega has won a prestigious place on a new Professional Services Framework, launched by construction procurement specialist Procure Partnerships.

Successful in securing representation in four regions covered by the framework: Yorkshire, East England, London and South East, we will sit as one of the Framework’s preferred structural engineering consultants.

Specialising in public sector projects, this new framework will run for four years (2020 – 2024) alongside Procure Partnership’s already established Contractor Framework. It will cover multiple disciplines from architectural design and project management to building surveying and fire engineering.

In particular, it will streamline the tendering process, allowing clients to either directly award a contract or conduct a mini-competition amongst the Framework’s preferred consultants.

Additionally, clients can adopt a multi-disciplinary approach, selecting a range of practices for a project, with the only restriction being they must be chosen from the Professional Services Framework.

Robbie Blackhurst, Procure Partnerships Framework Director commented, “This framework has been two years in the making with the Procure Partnerships team conducting a detailed analysis of other professional services frameworks available to public sector bodies. This has enabled us to build not only a comprehensive framework but also the most competitive framework on the market for public sector bodies to access. The framework is divided into sub-regional lots supporting the appointment of both local and national practices”

He continues, “We are excited to get this framework up and running providing a ‘one stop shop’ for public sector clients to procure consultants through us on a direct award or further competition basis, complementing our already successful contractor framework.”

Commenting on the appointment our Marketing & Business Development Director, Rachel Davis, says, “Procure Partnerships has a well-earned reputation for ensuring excellence within public sector construction. We’re delighted that our expertise and skill have been recognised in all four regions we tendered for, and look forward to working alongside other successful practices within the framework on some exciting future projects.”
