Thomasons renews appointment with NHS SBS

Thomasons has successfully renewed its appointment on the NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) framework, effective from April 2018 until March 2022.

Delivering business support services to NHS and public sector organisations, the NHS SBS framework provides a compliant route to market. It was formed in 2015 and includes both corporate and health framework agreements for an extensive range of services.

Thomasons is appointed as part of the Construction Consultancy Services, which includes a comprehensive mix of suppliers from across the UK. Specifically, the practice will be delivering civil and structural engineering consultancy.

Commenting on the renewal, Steve McSorley, director at Thomasons, says: “It is fantastic news to see our membership of the NHS SBS framework continue for the next four years. It is an important part of our strategy to continue to grow our business in healthcare. This time around, the framework has the added benefit of showcasing our services to a much wider public sector audience.”

With 35% of the market using one or more of its products, SBS aims to deliver £1 billion savings back to the healthcare system by 2020.
