Award success for Thomasons projects

A project for which Thomasons provided structural engineering expertise has recently won a prestigious award.

Broadwater Farm Inclusive Learning Community won both the Best Community Building award and was named overall winner at the Haringey Design Awards.

The Broadwater Farm Inclusive Learning Community project was commissioned by the London Borough of Haringey and involved bringing together two mainstream primary schools and a specialist school into a single new campus. The architect was Gollifer Langston.

A team, led by NPS Group, demolished redundant buildings and constructed a new school, together with landscaped grounds and play areas.
