Perega acted as civil and structural engineers on this mixed-use development.

The building occupies the site of a former library and incorporates GP practices, a new library, a new pharmacy and additional classroom accommodation for the neighbouring Childwall College.

The building comprises a steel frame with concrete metal deck floors acting compositely with the steel beams. The use of a frame structure with a minimum of structural internal walls allows for maximum flexibility to meet future changes in layout to suit the mixed-use of the building.
