Graduate Recruitment

Each year we aim to employ a small number of graduates with a degree in civil or structural engineering. There is no grade requirement, as we place a high priority on potential and attitude.

Graduates can apply to any of our offices across the UK. Training is tailored to each individual and is based on involvement with live projects.

Each graduate is assigned an experienced mentor for support, and by working on live projects you’ll learn from some of the UK’s leading civil and structural engineering consultants.
