Apprenticeship Scheme

Our apprenticeship scheme is an ideal route into engineering for anyone who has already decided on it as a career path. The scheme allows you to gain valuable work experience while you work towards a qualification and is offered across all of our Perega offices.

The programme takes 6-8 years and is open to applicants with varying educational backgrounds. Those who complete a Level 4 or higher apprenticeship will receive a Civil Engineering Degree (BEng) upon completion.

Throughout the course of study, apprentices will be paired with a mentor to work with as they undertake everything involved in becoming an engineer, from running projects and helping prepare calculations to project administration and site visits.
