With the surge in BIM requirements on projects, Perega has established BIM and Information Management Task Team Roles that are performed by highly trained, competent staff members.
In addition to roles adopted in a BIM project environment, Perega has formed a diverse team of people dedicated to both the strategic direction of our BIM commitments and the overall management of policies and processes relating to BIM and Information Management. This team are responsible for maintaining our ISO 19650:2 accreditation and ensuring the pathways taken add value to the organisation.
Paul Jarvis, Director
Paul has 35 years of experience in all aspects of civil and structural engineering and is the Director responsible for the Management System and overall technical excellence at Perega.
Mark Asplin, Associate & Group BIM Manager
Mark is an advocate for digital design in construction, with 40 years’ experience. An expert in Building Information Modelling (BIM), he leads a team of technicians who provide structural drawings and expertise on infrastructure works, including drainage, road design, cut and fill and flood risk.
He is also Perega’s Group BIM Manager, championing its implementation across the firm to keep the business at the cutting-edge of the latest developments in technology, and is instrumental in promoting and maintaining our ISO 19650 Accreditation.
James Washbourne, Digital Engineering Lead
James has been with Perega for 10 years, managing our Leytonstone office CAD and BIM team. James is an enthusiastic and pro-active member of our project delivery team, managing multiple projects against agreed deadlines.
He is a highly experienced Digital Engineering Lead who has been instrumental in developing the automation of our BIM capabilities alongside project delivery.
Sammi Henderson, Management System Lead
Sammi has worked at Perega since 2010, working to develop and maintain our Management System, and has recently played a key role in attaining BIM ISO 19650 certification.
She maintains Perega’s ISO certifications, manages internal and external auditing and coordinates and drives internal systems projects.
David Coleman, Document Controller
David is an experienced document controller who joined Perega in July of 2022, bringing with him extensive knowledge of working in the construction industry.
Skilled in document control, information management and training, David is responsible for ensuring that all the documents we issue meet the high standards we have established.
